Kirio is a former student of Babyls who used to be the head of the Magical Apparatus Battler. He is ranked Bet (2) and is considered pretty weak. He seems harmless, but enjoys seeing people in despair.

Jackie is ranked Aleph (1). They are incredibly weak in both magic and physical ability. They are a human.
Headcanons
Despite being a human, Kirio won't eat Jackie, even though he wants to. He would find things dull without them.
