About Spinel
Spinel is the leader of the Explorers, an antagonistic group in Pokemon Horizons. He used to be an Exceed scientist.
About Jackie
Jackie also used to be a scientist with Exceed. They fell in love with Spinel and has some stalker-ish tendencies. Spinel caught on and decided to use Jackie for his mission, agreeing to be their boyfriend in exchange.
Headcanons
When he first acquired the Rakurium, he used Jackie for an experiment, which they happily agreed to. Unfortunately, nothing happened.
