Jackie is a Pyro user from the region Mondstadt. It believes it is dead, and therefore does not take very good care of itself. It has burn scars on it's arms from it's use of the Pyro element.
Headcanons
Flins and Jackie met due to Jackie hanging out in graveyards often.
Jackie will wait by the graveyard all day for Flins, who will come and sit down with it and tell it stories.
